Data sovereignty and privacy protection protocols of GOFA-GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED.
1.Precise spatial data ingestion
GOFA-GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED collects, segregates, and processes essential user data strictly required to execute secure cross-border e-commerce transactions, automated customs clearance manifests, and zero-call last-mile doorstep tracking.
During the checkout sequence on our interface, our front-end Leaflet map canvas framework captures precise user location parameters consisting of raw 6-decimal coordinate floats (latitude and longitude variables).
2.Data masking, obfuscation, and data monopoly
To ensure absolute corporate data sovereignty and user privacy, all captured coordinate variables are processed through our internal server-side cleansing scripts. The backend immediately strips out decimal punctuation points and technical mapping tags, converting the floats into clean natural integer blocks. These integers are text-masked at the very end of standard text shipping address fields printed on our physical packaging thermal waybills.
No proprietary geocoding data, server source code loops, or specific customer pins are shared with, exposed to, or directly accessible by external third-party transport carriers or third-party APIs.
3.Last-mile PWA sat-nav routing mechanics
When bulk cargo crates land at our local sorting depots, contracted 3PL dispatch riders open our secure internal Progressive Web App (PWA) via the /driver/ route using their smartphone browsers.
Upon scanning our high-density QR code label, our Django backend server reads the trailing integer strings from our own private database, applies an internal division by 1,000,000 to restore the decimal placement, and auto-triggers a URL intent jump to the smartphone's native Google Maps application. The rider is guided turn-by-turn straight to the client's gate, with zero direction phone calls.
4.Transaction security & settlement compliance
All customer financial billing records, mobile money collections, and transaction processing streams are handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment aggregators (Kora Pay and CamPay).
Aggregated merchant revenue is settled directly into our verified corporate bank accounts at EcoBank and managed globally via our institutional multi-currency B2B treasury network (VertoFX). All operations comply fully with central banking (BEAC/COBAC) anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) regulations.
5.User rights & retention
Users retain the unencumbered right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their stored spatial data profiles and transaction histories. All such formal compliance requests must be transmitted to our central administration desk at management@gofa-global.com.
6.Privacy policy updates
GOFA-GLOBAL CO. LTD reserves the right to modify this data protection policy at any moment to reflect technical adjustments or regulatory infrastructure updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these privacy parameters.
